Our property is situated on 63 acres and has a beautiful 5-acre lake, large trees, and plenty of open grassy areas.

We are only 20 min from gorgeous Lake Ray Hubbard, and 40 min from downtown Dallas.

Top of the line amenities

We have an in-ground pool with splash pad, community fire pit, outdoor grilling kitchen, catch and release fishing, a game room, playground, and a large general store perfect for picking up gifts while on the road.
